Trash fee is $11.76 a month
Water is billed through us and charged by your usage.
Electricity is through San Isabel.
Gas through the city.

We do require everyone 18+ to complete a community application prior to move in. We check for criminal background, eviction history, sex offender registry, and verify your identification.
Application fee is $27 for each application.
