Trinidad MHC currently has 2 empty lots ready for move in. You can move your home into our community or we will accept long term commitments for RVs and campers. Our lot rent is $469 a month, $13 a month for trash, and your water usage is billed through us as well. Gas is through the city and electricity through San Isabel. Our community is quiet and everyone here is very friendly. We do require everyone 18+ to complete a community application prior to moving in. We check eviction history, criminal background, sex offender registry, and verify identification. Our application fee is $27 per application.
