Owners still finishing up final touches since last renter moved out. Very nice home w/great views. No smoking in home. No waterbeds. $100 Repair Deductible. Pets on a case by case because owner has dogs & cats. Tenant does not have access to entire farm, just their yard. Tenant to cut their own grass and shovel their driveway section during any snow storms. Tenant clean gutters annually.
