There is also a large utility/mudroom with a rear entry that has Washer and Dryer hook-ups along with built-in storage space and a large laundry-room sink.

The garage is a large space that has plenty of built-in shelving along with work table benches. There is also a wood-burning stove inside. This garage features pass-through style bay doors which means there's plenty of room for a two vehicles plus room for a storage or shop space!

This home is only available for rent. Applications are required for each adult over 18 who will be living in the home and applications are $60/ea, payable with a cashier's check or money order. Income requirements are 3x the rent, but please feel free to inquire if we will make an exception!

Pets are allowed - maximum two pets, 40 lbs each unless otherwise notified.

First month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit equal to the rent will be due upon lease signing. W/S/T are back-billed based on a RUBS system while Electricity is tenant responsibility.
