Great single wide with an addition in the living room. Video is from when we bought it. We currently are still residing in the home until sold. We did a lot of work on this place already. There is no fireplace we ripped it out due to mold and just used the space for a deep freeze. My husband redid the whole back bathroom with a new shower/tub and walls. Office room also available next to the second bedroom. All appliances are staying. Also they have a community pool. They have 2 parks one big one small. Across the street from Higgins elementary. Table in kitchen is also staying. Pets are aloud must talk to the office when you apply. Laundry room is going to need new flooring but it is still great. Front bathroom needs flooring too but it’s not hard.
