A 1 bed 1 bathroom duplex is available for rent in a quiet community. Appliances are included but we do not guarantee their working condition of them. No smoking or pets are allowed on the premises. Rent is $495 a month without utilities. A $400 deposit is required before moving in. All occupants must be approved by the management team for move-in. Residents are responsible for all utilities. Water, sewer, and trash service are billed to your monthly lot statement. Electric and Gas (if applicable) will need to be placed into your name and address before you move in as you will be billed directly from the utility company.
