A "Park model" in an RV Park and it can be compared to a "Mobilehome.." The "Park model" has a large metal roof over the trailer, and a large covered porch. Forty feet long and fourteen feet wide with one bedroom. The rent is less than $600.00 per month, and owner is responsible for propane, electricity, and TV expense. The purchaser must QUALIFY with the management company prior to the purchase. The Park Model is on a large, attractive, yard, and there is a storage unit and a large carport. ~~~~~ NOTE: The purchaser must QUALIFY with the management company.
