Description
Welcome to Holiday Palms...THE Place to Live in the East Valley
Fun, Friendly, and Fabulous are the best words to describe the Holiday Palms Mobile Home Park, an active 55+ community in Mesa's east valley on Broadway just east of Ellsworth. The Holiday Palms residents enjoy outdoor recreational activities all year long, including our lighted tennis court, shuffleboard courts, a private fenced and gated courtyard which contains an outdoor heated pool and whirlpool spa. This same area is surrounded by lounge chairs, recliners and shaded tables. When the weather gets too hot to handle, come inside the beautiful clubhouse and enjoy our state of the art fitness center The billiards room sports four tables for no waiting, and the card room sees a lot of action as well. Bingo, pot luck dinners, coffee days and burger bashes all take place in the community hall, where we also hold park-wide dances with entertainment. The media room has four internet accessible computers, the walls are filled with books and DVD's for our honor library readers. The lobby sports a large screen TV, which can be used for broadcast TV events.
Enjoy walking or biking along our clean private streets. A full-time maintenance team keeps the community clean and attractive. The community managers are friendly, dedicated associates who live on-site and strive to maintain Holiday Palms as an excellent place to live and play.
Explore the Area
The east valley enjoys more than 300 days of sunshine per year which makes it a perfect place to hike, bike, golf or just about any type of outdoor recreational activity. It’s a short drive to Usery Mountain Regional Park where some of the best hiking can be done in the area. The Phoenix/Mesa area also boasts the famous Cactus League which is Spring Training for 15 Major League Baseball Teams. Millions flock to the area for the training season which runs February through March. Phoenix metro is one of only eight U.S. cities to field teams in all four major professional sports.
