RULES: Pets under 25 pounds are allowed. At least one of the owners must be age 55 or older. No one under 45 years of age may reside permanently in Sunset Park. Prospective owners must be approved by the owner of the park.

THE BOTTOM LINE: The home boasts one of the best locations in the park; there are only three houses on this street. This is also the only double-wide for sale at a price below $50,000. (Most are asking far more than $50K.) The home was appraised at $71,000 as of October, 2007. The seller inherited this home and has no use for it. If you are looking for a home with no outside maintenance and a quiet neighborhood, this is a really good deal.
