There is also a pull out couch in the upper living room. LINENS ARE SUPPLIED. BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS. There is a 2 piece bathroom on the main floor and a 3 piece bathroom with a shower stall on the lower level. There are no laundry facility available for renter use, but, there is a water softener. The kitchen has fridge/freezer combination, stove/oven, dish washer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and dishes, glasses, cutlery etc. for 12 plus. Water can be used for cooking, brushing teeth and water cooler is supplied for drinking. Upper living room has 2 couches, 2 chairs, large TV with Rogers cable and a portable air conditioner. Lower living room has seating, TV with basic cable and a fooseball game. NO WIFI AVAILABLE.There is a walkout on the lower level to a shaded seating area and a walkout from the kitchen onto a large upper deck. Ample, comfortable seating is provided along with a large gas BBQ. The back yard is huge and provides a children’s swing set, 2 hammocks and a fire pit. There is also a beach shed with beach chairs, a beach cart to take your supplies to the beach, bocci game, horse shoes and badminton for evening fun in the back yard.
