This area is known for having the best air in California and for bass fishing. Lots of bird life and nature to watch. At times, sunsets spread pink and orange across the lake and the water birds pass through the colors on their way to roost as late sailors head for shore. It is picturesque.

The park is 14 units along two city streets, Lakeshore Blvd and Sayre Avenue, Nice, CA. Note: Look at satellite tab on google map to see aerial photo of the location. Residents pull into their driveway from a street, without entering a traditional park. Lots of privacy.

Nice, CA is a small town on Highway 20, with post office, cafes, gas station, hardware store, Sentry Market and marina. The park is all-age welcome. Most people are retired and have lived there a long time. The park runs on state regulations and has a good reputation.

The park has a fishing dock with clubhouse (Fish Shack) for residents. Peaceful place for relaxing. It is only steps away from the unit for sale. A boat ramp is next to it. A public marina is within a few blocks for in-water boat storage.

The unit for sale is three units up from the lake, which is accessed on foot by crossing Lakeshore Blvd. There is space for gardening and free lake water is pumped to each home site for summer outdoor use.
