My husband and i retired from the bay area here in Tuolumne county and we are moving, the park is a senior park with great ammonites and well kept, the space rent is reasonable, the neighbors are great, this is a well kept community and there are about 500 homes here, the residents have been here as long as 19 years so that says a lot about this place. we have a huge club house with pool, hot tubs, billiards tables, ping pong table, also a wide selection of books, exercise classes at the pool or in our large club house depends on the weather. we have potluck dinners, cruises, holiday get-togethers, and a monthly book that is out every month with birthdays holidays, anniversary dates, etc, we also have homeowners meeting, our grounds are maintained by the employees that work here and they are willing to help when needed.
