This home does need TLC. It is livable but our kids were rough on the walls, doorways, and floors so it will need new drywall and doors and probably flooring. You may want to update it to fit your needs. I know this sounds like a lot, but we have outgrown this home and we need to get payoff for it which is about $13,400, maybe less depending on when you call. This home is in a small, quiet, country park but we are selling it as needing moved.
