Best location on the beach. Located at Triple ESS Marina at the less traffic end of Atlantic Beach towards Fort Macon. Only 1.5 miles from the stoplight at the Causeway which makes it easy to get to it when you come in and avoid the Sunday afternoon and holiday traffic out of the beach. Enough parking to store your boat and to park two cars. This mobile home is located adjacent to the boat ramp which makes for easy unloading and loading your boat. Boat slips are just out of your door.

The photos tell it all but it has a rebuilt upper deck (12x10), a rebuilt lower deck (40x12), a screened (8x10) porch (with removable screens) that offer incredible views of the marina and the sound. Outside lighting both on the upper and lower decks. Decking was permitted by Carteret County and Coastal Area Management. Painted this year the mobile home is trimmed in PVC molding to avoid rot and partially covered in Hardie Plank siding.

The interior has been rebuilt as well. The flooring is easy care laminate in all but the kitchen and baths which have vinyl tile. It has 3 large bedrooms. The master bedroom (12x14), has a new queen sized Original Mattress Factory mattress and box springs, has a cedar-lined walk-in closet, wall mounted flat screen TV and a full sized (non-mobile home) bathroom with a 60”x 42” shower, linen closet and a 36” vanity. The trim and ceiling are all done in PVC to avoid mold and to make easy clean-up. The children’s bedroom is 10x15. The third bedroom is 14x10.

There is a full sized bath on the hall located next to the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. The three bedrooms are currently furnished to sleep 6.

The fully equipped kitchen is oversized with cabinets throughout and a separate pantry. Side by side refrigerator, smooth top range with convection oven and an over the range microwave. It also has a full-size stainless steel sink and a dishwasher. The kitchen is large enough to have a table to sit six people comfortably along with a bar to sit two others. There is a backporch outside the kitchen and both entry doors have built in blinds and are fiberglass, not steel.
