Its an 2006 Clayton, 16x76 single wide that has been very well taken care of. The entire living room has been recovered with laminated hardwood. The kitchen, living room, both smaller bedrooms and both master and small bath have been repainted. Their is nothing wrong with the trailer we just need a 4 bedroom due to expecting another child. I just want to pay the loan off and relocate.
