About the location:


This home is currently set up in Carnes Crossing mobile home park. As far as mobile home parks go, this is one of the best in the area.

We live in the back where the lots are larger and it is much quieter. I've lived here since 2002 and have had no problems.

We're located right around the corner from a major Daniel Island development, Carnes Crossroads, which will include a movie theatre, Harris Teeter, a hospital, and much more.

Currently there is a Wal-Mart, Rite Aid, Lowes, Publix, and various other places just down the road.
This is an excellent central location - just minutes from North Charleston, Goose Creek, Summerville, Ladson, and Hanahan - with many access points to I26.


We're asking 28,500 -or- you can take over my loan. The process of loan assumption will require an application with my mortgage company.

The lot rent here is currently $339 a month. The taxes run about $220 per year.


We need to move before the fall, but if you are interested in moving in sooner - I'm sure we can work something out.
