Master bedroom has built in dressers with lots of storage &amp; mirrors. It has one full bathroom and the second has a shower, sink, and storage space. It needs a new toilet. It has carpet throughout. Most of it is in decent condition. It has solid wood floors underneath, not pressboard. There is a working garbage disposal in the kitchen sink, and a dishwasher that needs repair. There are several upgrades throughout the home on the faucets, shower doors, &amp; light fixtures. The yard has been fenced and has a large storage shed that will come with the mobile home.

Since this is an older home, it does need some work.
